Use of AisahaLog

AisahaLog is intended for personal journaling, reflection, organization, and optional AI-assisted writing. You are responsible for the content you create and the choices you make while using the service.

You must provide accurate account information, keep your password safe, and notify support if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may not use AisahaLog to break the law, harm others, upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, abuse rate limits, disrupt service, scrape private data, or interfere with billing or security systems.

Your Content

Your journal entries, tags, journals, uploads, and exports remain yours. You give AisahaLog permission to store, process, transmit, display, back up, and secure your content only as needed to provide the service and features you choose.

You are responsible for making sure you have the right to upload or write the content you add to AisahaLog.

You are responsible for protecting exported files, downloaded backups, and any copy of your content outside AisahaLog.

Optional AI Features

AI features are optional and action-based. AisahaLog shows the reviewed text before sending it for AI processing.

AisahaLog attempts to anonymize or mask direct identifiers and private details before AI processing, and we do not intentionally send account identifiers or billing details with AI prompts.

Anonymization may miss details. If you leave identifying or sensitive information in the reviewed text, it may be processed outside AisahaLog. We do not control external AI systems after text is sent.

AI output may be wrong, incomplete, biased, or inappropriate. Do not rely on AI output as professional advice.

Wellbeing and Professional Advice

AisahaLog is not a medical device, therapy provider, crisis service, or substitute for professional care. Mood tracking, prompts, reflections, and AI responses are for personal reflection only.

If you may harm yourself or others, or you need urgent support, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional immediately.

Subscriptions, Payments, and Cancellation

Free and Pro features may differ by storage limit, AI access, and other product limits shown in the app or checkout.

Payments are processed by a payment provider. By starting checkout, you also agree to the payment provider's applicable terms and privacy practices.

You can cancel Pro renewal from Settings when cancellation is available. Unless stated otherwise or required by law, paid fees are not refundable, and Pro access continues until the end of the paid billing period after cancellation.

If payment fails, is reversed, or cannot be verified, Pro features may be suspended or downgraded.

Export, Backup, and Account Deletion

You can export your notes as JSON or Markdown and download a password-protected backup ZIP. You are responsible for storing exported files securely and remembering backup passwords.

Deleting your account is permanent. Before deleting, download any backup you want to keep. Account deletion removes your account data and owned media from active systems, subject to limited retention described in the Privacy Policy.

Active paid subscriptions that are not scheduled for cancellation may need to be cancelled before account deletion.

Service Changes and Availability

AisahaLog is still evolving. Features, prices, limits, AI actions, import/export formats, storage behavior, and availability may change over time.

We try to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent availability, or that every bug will be fixed immediately.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security risk, abuse the service, fail payment checks, or if required by law.

You may stop using AisahaLog at any time and may delete your account from Settings.

Disclaimers and Liability

AisahaLog is provided as is and as available. To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the extent allowed by law, AisahaLog will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, or loss caused by unauthorized access beyond our reasonable control.

Governing Law and Contact

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of India, unless consumer protection laws in your location require otherwise.
