Gratitude journal template you can use daily
Copy-friendly daily and weekly gratitude templates, plus ways to keep gratitude writing fresh.
What a gratitude journal does
A gratitude journal trains attention toward what went right, which is easy to overlook on a busy or hard day.
It works best when it is specific. "My sister called" is more useful than "my family," because detail makes the memory real.
A simple daily template
Today I am grateful for: (three specific things)
One small moment that felt good today was...
One person who helped or mattered today was...
One thing I am looking forward to is...
A weekly template for deeper reflection
This week, what am I most grateful for and why?
What challenge taught me something or made me stronger?
Who would I like to thank, and have I told them?
Keep it from feeling repetitive
If your list starts to feel automatic, change the angle. Be grateful for something small, something difficult, or something you usually take for granted.
You can keep your gratitude entries in AisahaLog alongside your regular journal, attach a mood, and review them later when you need a reminder of good days.
